Arrow Garden: how to play and clear every level
Arrow Garden is a deterministic single-player logic puzzle that runs in any modern browser. Each level is a small grid of directional arrows. Tap an arrow only when its lane to the edge of the board is open and the arrow is removed. Clear the entire board to advance.

What is Arrow Garden
Each board is a square grid of up to 36 tiles. Most tiles contain a directional arrow that points up, down, left, or right. The remaining tiles are empty. Your job is to remove every arrow, but an arrow can only be removed when its entire lane in the direction it points is clear. As soon as one arrow is in the way, that arrow is blocked and must be removed first.
The rules in plain English
- Tap an arrow with a clear lane to the edge of the board to remove it.
- If any other arrow sits in the way, the move is invalid and the board shakes to show the block.
- Empty tiles are inert. They never block and they cannot be tapped.
- Tap Hint to highlight a legal move. Hints do not cost score, but they show a less rewarding path than finding it yourself.
- Clear the whole board to advance to the next level.
Scoring and difficulty
Every cleared arrow is worth points. Levels add a small per-level bonus so the later stages pay more. The Difficulty selector in the toolbar changes how dense each board is: Easy uses fewer arrows and gives you breathing room, Hard packs the grid full of arrows for a tighter planning challenge.

A 3-step walkthrough for your first level
- Open TapLoop Arcade and pick Arrow Garden from the side rail.
- Look for an arrow that points straight off the board with nothing in its lane. Tap it. The arrow disappears and your score goes up.
- Repeat until the grid is empty, then tap Next level. The new board is deterministic, so the same level always looks the same.
Keyboard shortcuts
Arrow Garden supports a small set of keyboard shortcuts to speed up play. H highlights a hint, R starts a new round, and the left/right arrows switch between the other TapLoop games. Press ? to see the full shortcut panel at any time.
What happens to your scores
Your best score and current level are saved to localStorage on the same browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server. If you want to reset your progress, clear site data from your browser settings, or use the New round button in the toolbar to start a fresh level 1 run.

Do I need an account to play Arrow Garden?

Is there a timer?
No. Arrow Garden boards are deterministic and have no countdown. You can take as long as you need to plan a move.
What does the Hint button do?
Hint highlights one arrow that currently has a clear path to the edge. It does not change the board, so you can keep planning after you see the suggestion.
Will my progress carry over to a new device?
Scores are stored in localStorage on the device you played on. To take progress to a new device, you would need to sign in and use the cloud backup feature, which is currently only available on the ScanSheet product.
